How does all this work?
What should you expect when buying an Amy Assists item? It works like this:
You purchase a task or a set of tasks, choosing between a single task and a package, and a normal turnaround (seven days after task acceptance) or rush (48 hours after task acceptance).
Amy emails you. This will usually happen within six hours of the task purchase, but if you buy a task in the evening, you’ll hear from Amy the next day. Amy will ask what you need done.
You reply to Amy with information about your task. To get your tasks done as fast as possible, have these ready to share:
A description of your task with as much detail as you can provide
Any contact information necessary: phone numbers, email addresses, websites, physical addresses, or other information needed to complete your task
Any websites, files, or other reference Amy will need
Amy replies within two hours, confirming she’s ready to start or asking you for more information. Steps 2 and 3 will repeat until Amy has what she needs to get going.
Amy completes the task within the timeline specified by the item purchased.
Amy sends you the details from the resulting task: confirmation numbers or emails, reservation details, and anything else you need.
You accept the task and start planning your next chance to have Amy assist you!
